Back in 1999 I went to Paris six times, I was so addicted to the place!! I love all that art déco stuff, and the sunsets from the Sacré Coeur. Somehow the light is clearer and crisper in Paris. Now run off and watch "Amélie" while you're still on a high from your visit!
It is always great to see and read someone raving about Paris. I particularly enjoyed seeing your photo of the trompe l'oeil railing. I've seen so many great such paintings in various bits of France over the past few years. It never ceases to delight me.
